A variety of species can be found at Wilson Lake, including walleye, catfish,stripers, bass and crappie. Wilson Lake is also home to two state record fish, a 13.16 pound walleye and a 44 pound striped bass.

Take a scenic tour through Post Rock Country.  Explore the 20 mile long byway along K-232, across the Wilson Lake Dam, from Lucas to Wilson in central Kansas. The byway showcases the native limestone fence posts and farm steads built by the early settlers.
